Becker County has identified Bad Medicine Lake as having pristine water that should be carefully protected.  Everyone who enjoys spending time at Bad Medicine, whether on the lake or in the woods, shares the responsibility of maintaining the water quality of our lake for future generations.

RMB Environmental Laboratories 2024 Water Testing Results

Below are the results of the water testing that was done this summer. Mercury testing was offered for the first time this year. Results showed mercury was below the measurable amount for Bad Medicine Lake.
